With the opening of Valgard – Realm of the Vikings, Paultons Park has once again demonstrated its commitment to high-quality theming and intricate storytelling. For this ambitious redevelopment, Themics was entrusted to bring the designs by Leisure Expert Group to life through detailed fabrication and engineering.

Our scope included the creation of multiple ride entrance marquees for Drakon, Raven, and Vild Swing, as well as two distinctive themed portals, statues, props with integrated lighting, and handcrafted wooden ships. A key highlight of the project was the production, engineering, and assembly of fifteen animatronics, including an interactive raven and a unique sheep wheel powering the adjacent coaster lift.

Working closely with Paultons Park’s technical team, our engineers supported the installation, programming, and testing, ensuring seamless integration. The result is a richly themed environment that enhances immersion and elevates the guest experience.
